Paneer Ke parantha me kya kya dala jata hai

 cottage cheese (paneer) parantha.

  Paneer is prepared by tearing milk. Paneer is very tasty to eat and very beneficial for our health. In addition to being delicious, it is found in plenty of vitamins, proteins, and minerals. Facial glow is increased by its use. Carbohydrate is found in plenty in it. Many types of delicious dishes are made from paneer. Today I have prepared paneer paratha made out of malai, which looks very tasty. It is very easy to make, so let's start making it. To prepare paneer paratha, firstly the cheese is crumbled, and spices are added to it.
   This delicious paneer stuffing is stuffed inside the wheat flour bread. Then by applying ghee over the paratha, the paratha is shallow fry  from both the sides.

  


Ingredients-
for stuffing-

  200/ 250 gm cottage cheese (paneer).
  1 tsp Red chilli powder.
  1 tsp coriander powder.
  1 tsp coarsely grounded fennel seeds (sonf).
  1/4 tsp black pepper.
  1/4 tsp garam masala.
  salt to taste.
  1 tbsp grated ginger.
  3 to 4 chopped green chillies.
  2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves.


for dough-
  2 cup of wheat flour.
  1/4 tsp salt.
  1 tbsp of Desi ghee.
  water for kneaded.
  ghee.

method-
  Crumble the cheese and add all the ingredients to it. Add salt and ghee in the wheat flour and knead a soft dough with water. Cover the dough with a cloth and keep it for 5 minutes. Prepare small balls from the dough and rollout the small size chapati with the help of a rolling pin. Now fill the stuffing of the paneer inside it and prepare the paratha with a rolling pin. Pour the paratha on the hot tawa and bake the paratha from both sides by applying ghee.

Now take out in a plate. stuffed paneer parantha is ready.  Eat stuffed paneer parantha with coriander chutney.
