खील को इंग्लिश में क्या कहते हैं?

खील को इंग्लिश में puffed rice कहते हैं।

kheel, meaning roasted or puffed rice.


यह खील मुख्यतः दीपावली पर ही मिलती है। देवउठनी एकादशी, दीपावली, गोवर्धन आदि का पूजन इसी खील से किया जाता है। चावल के धान से खील बनाई जाती है. जब फसल पक कर तैयार हो जाती है तो प्रसाद के रूप में पहला भोग लक्ष्मी जी और गणेश जी को खील और बताशे के साथ लगाया जाता है।

This kheel is mainly found on Deepawali only. Devuthani Ekadashi, Deepawali, Govardhan, etc. are worshipped with this kheel. Kheel is prepared from rice paddy. When the crop is ready after ripening, the first bhog in the form of prasad is offered to Lakshmi ji and Ganesh ji with kheel batasha.

  what is mousse? It is fluffy, creamy, thick consistency. It is very lightweigh t.   Mousse is prepared by whipping both heavy whipped cream and condensed milk.  Ice cream prepared by whipping cream is called mousse. If ice cream is made by mixing some chopped dry fruits, fruits and milk in this whipping cream and condensed milk, then it will not be called mousse but it will be called ice cream.  That is to say, mousse is prepared from only pure whipped cream and condensed milk. If it is eaten by making ice cream, then it is called mousse ice cream. What it is called? Difference between mousse and ice cream - Mousse - Whipping cream+condensed milk + essence.
