Tutti frutti from water melon ๐Ÿ‰ ๐Ÿ‰

Tutti frutti is very colorful.  This tutti frutti is added to the desert, bread,ice cream, etc.  By adding tutti frutti to bread and ice cream, it becomes very colorful, very beautiful to look at and very tasty in taste.  It is mainly prepared from raw papaya.  But today we will make it with peel of watermelon.  First of all, remove its peel and cut it into small pieces, it is cooked in sugar syrup, then it is dried in some light sunlight or fan air.

Ingredients -
Water melon ๐Ÿ‰
1/2 Big Bowl of sugar.
1½ big bowl of water.
A pinch of green colour.
A pinch of orange colour.
2 pinch of turmeric powder.
1 lemon juice for sharbat.
1 spoon shikanji powder for sharbat.
ice cubes for sharbat.

method -
Cut the melon peel into small pieces.  Now take a kadahi and add sugar or water to it and boil it on a high flame when the sugar dissolves then add watermelon pieces to it.  Turn off the gas when the color of watermelon is translucent and allow it to cool. After cooling, divide it into three parts, add a little green color in one part, add orange color in the second part and a little turmeric in the third part.  Leave it for 4 to 5 hours.  Now after 4 to 5 hours, take out the pieces of colored watermelon soaked in sugar syrup in a plate, then dry them in the low sun light or under the fan until it is dry. Tutti frutti is ready, keep it in an airtight container.
