 दक्षिण भारत के कुछ प्रमुख व्यंजन   दक्षिण भारत में दाल और चावल से बने हुए व्यंजन खाए जाते हैं। ________________________________________________         यह भी देखें दक्षिण भारतीय कुछ प्रमुख व्यंजन मसाला डोसा  यह दाल और चावल से बनाया हुआ चीले के प्रकार का व्यंजन है जो खमीरीकरण की प्रक्रिया के बाद बनाया जाता है।   सामग्री -  घोल के लिए- 1 कप चावल  ½ कप उड़द दाल  ¼ छोटी चम्मच दाना मेथी  मक्खन  पानी  डोसा बनाने की विधि- चावल और उड़द की दाल में दाना मेथी डालकर 7 से 8 घंटे भिगाने के लिए रखें फिर चावल का दरदरा पेस्ट और दाल का महीन पेस्ट पीसकर दोनों को अलग अलग बर्तन में डाल किसी गर्म स्थान पर 8 से 9 घंटे खमीर उठने के लिए रखें। अब आवश्यकतानुसार पानी मिलाकर डोसे का घोल तैयार करें। गर्म तवे पर डोसा फैलाएं इसके ऊपर थोड़ा सा मक्खन और मसाला डालें बीच में राई वाले मसालेदार आलू भरे। जब एक तरफ से सिक जाए तब इसे उतार कर प्लेट में डालें और गरमा गरम सांभर के साथ सर्व करें। मसाला के लिए- 2 चम्मच मूंगफली  ½ कप कद्दूकस किया हुआ ताजा ना...
