What is the pasta?
Pasta is a white colored food item that is boiled and cooked with mayonnaise and a variety of sauces. It is less spicy i.e. less spicy in taste.
Pasta has a lot of protein and vitamins. It has become very popular in India and it is very much liked that children eat it with great passion. Pasta / Macaroni is prepared from rice and lentil(dal) flour.
Pasta is very nutritious to eat and children will also like it. Fiber ,iron, vitamines, mineral, calcium is found in plenty in it.
There are many types of pasta available in the market such as Bambu Pasta, Curve Pasta, Macaroni Pasta etc. There is also a variety of ways to make it. It is very easy and is ready to cook in a few minutes, it is very tasty
Although pasta is a glutinous dish, but if it is boiled and filtered to remove its glutinous water and then frying it and adding some spices to it, then it becomes very tasty, spicy and salty. In this way it can be preserved for several months. On the other hand, its glutinous water is used in mayonnaise and some creamy pasta.
To use the pasta for a longer time, you boil it once and keep it in the fridge and then whenever you feel like eating it, make it in different types of sauces etc. In this way, you can use pasta for 3 to 4 days.
Nowadays, the method of making pasta is different, such as - with tomato gravy, with mayonnaise, with many types of vegetables, with cheese, as a vegetable, in sandwiches, dumplings, sauce stuffing, salad etc.

How to make pasta salad?
Ingredients-
1/2 bowl of pasta.
1 spoon oil.
1/2 spoon salt.
water for boiling.
1 tomato cut into long pieces.
1/2 cucumber slices.
1½ tbsp of tomato sauce.
1½ tbsp of mayonnaise.
1 tbsp Red chilli sauce.
1/4 spoon black pepper.
1/2 spoon Red chilli flakes ( optional).
1 tbsp pasta masala.
1 pinch of salt.
7 to 8 drops olive oil.
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves.
For garnishing-
some herbs.
aloe vera cubes.
method-
After adding salt and oil to the boiling water, add macaroni. Boil the macaroni for 5 minutes. When the macaroni becomes slightly soft, turn off the gas and drain the water from the sieve.
Now mix all the remaining ingredients in a vessel. Add boiled macaroni to the mixed ingredients. Mix everything well.
Uncooked, very tasty pasta is ready and garnish it with a piece of aloe vera cubes and some herbs.
